How many of you read books? How many of you buy them? Well, I've set up an associate account with Amazon. From now on, when you buy anything at all from Amazon through Pander's Playground, the game will get a portion of the money. I'd like to see the money go to be used in event games and the like. In short, doing your Amazon shopping through PPG kicks some of the money you spend right back to you now. I know I spend a lot at Amazon, I can't imagine I'm the only one who does a lot of reading.

You can click the Amazon button on the page to search for anything from Amazon and buy it through us as well. We'll still get the referral bonus, so it doesn't matter what you're planning to buy, you can help the game out when you do.

I reiterate, this goes straight to the game. For now I'll handle making sure it gets used correctly, on my honor, but we should probably find a treasurer or something to handle this sort of thing.

I just want us to be able to hold real event games and not pay much (if at all) out of pocket for venues.

We've got forms!

On the Main Menu you'll notice a new section called "Downtime Actions" - in here you can do things such as spend experience, perform influence actions, and craft items. This is only the beginning, though. I've added a vague "Ask an ST" option for generic actions, and I imagine later on we can put in some more complex actions as well.

As always, if you notice any bugs with these please let me know. Also, if you have any ideas for forms or anything else youd like to see, just let me know and I'll get on it.

As you can see, we've returned to some semblance of what the site is supposed to look like. I've added a couple new things, and there's more in the works.

Email Addresses are still available, feel free to hit me up for one as you please. Registration seems to be working without a hitch. I upgraded the backend to the most recent stable release of the content system I use(called Xoops). Some information was lost in the transition, but not to worry, it was only your profile.

So, on the left side of the page you'll notice a red bar with a bunch of words next to it. Please click on Edit Account under the User Menu and update your information.

The Members section now actually displays all of our members in a nice, sortable, searchable format with links to profiles and other cool stuff.

We have a new address! After some discussion last night I decided to go ahead and register pandersplayground.com, and spent the night transferring everything over to it. I think I did this fairly well, and old links via watchmythreat shouldn't even break. However, do update your bookmarks!

In related news, email addresses are noew available!

I have 4 addresses available with unlimited storage. I have an additional 20 address available with 50mb each of storage.

I will hand these out on a first come first serve basis. If you feel you won't use the address much, ask for a limited mailbox(one of the 20) so that those who will use it regularly can enjoy the unlimited space.

I can also create email masks, so that email sent to the mask will redirect to your regular inbox. There is no limit to the number of these I can create.

Post your desired email address in the request thread and I will create it for you, and pm you the password.

These addresses can be accessed via webmail( http://webmail.pandersplayground.com ) or pop3 clients such as Outlook or Thunderbird. Yes, they should even work with your blackberry and iphone.
